- Rider must be a CURRENT member of SNHDCTA when score is earned for scores to be eligible
- A copy of your membership card MUST accompany your year end awards submission sheet
- Dressage competitors MUST compete in one of the SNHDCTA dressage schooling shows to be considered for awards
- Combined Training has a new division this year; competitors may submit 3 scores from 2 or 3 phase shows that follow USEA rules – you may not combine 2 & 3 phase scores.
- Club members may choose to attend any show which is open to the public (no in house schooling shows) and have their scores count toward year end awards
- Horse/Rider combinations who have previously won a year end division ARE NOT eligible in that division (e.g. Intro Champion horse/rider combination may not submit scores for Intro)
- Horse/rider combinations may submit scores for two consecutive levels (i.e. training & 1st)
- Scores must be submitted on official score tracking forms. Score tracking forms are included in the newsletter or on our web site.
- The three scores need to be earned by one horse and rider combination. Scores submitted from multiple horses for 1 division will not be accepted.
- The competition year extends from October 1st 2011 through September 30th 2012
- Score Sheets must be postmarked by October 1st, 2012. Any Score Sheet arriving after the closing date of October 1st, 2012 will not be accepted!

Dressage Levels (Regular & Gaited)
- Junior (18 &under on January 1) Intro through Fourth level
- Adult Intro through Fourth level
Combined Training (2 phase division & 3 phase division – NEW THIS YEAR!)
- Junior (18 & under on January 1) 2 – phase Pre Elementary through Training
- Adult 2 – phase Pre Elementary through Training
- Junior (18 & under on January 1) 3 – phase Pre Elementary through Training
- Adult 3 – phase Pre Elementary through Training
Qualifications
- Dressage: submit your highest THREE scores from THREE different rides, from at least TWO different judges. Competitors must submit at least one score from a SNHDCTA schooling show. The average of the three scores will be used
- 2-Phase Combined Training: you must submit THREE scores from THREE different competitions. Scores must be from 2 - phase shows following USEA rules (rated or unrated)
- 3- Phase Combined Training: you must submit THREE scores from THREE different competitions. Scores must be from 3 - phase shows following USEA rules (rated or unrated)
Eligibility

- Submission of Scores: Submit scores sheets directly to:

Submissions MUST include:
- A COPY of your SNHDCTA Membership card
- Rider name, address, phone number and horses name
- Name , location and date of competition
- Test ridden, final percentage for dressage or final penalty score for CT, name of judge & competition
- You must submit a COPY of the front page of your tests (it should include all of the information mentioned above). Please DO NOT submit original tests.
- Telephoned, illegible, incomplete, incorrect or late submissions will not be eligible!
Computations
- Dressage: The average of the three scores will become the rider’s final score. Tie breaker will be collective marks.
- Combined Training – 2 Phase: The average of the final three scores submitted will be used as the rider’s final score. This includes your penalties for dressage & stadium. Tie breaker will be collective marks on dressage tests.
- Combined Training – 3 Phase: The average of the final three scores submitted will be used as the rider’s final score. This includes your penalties for dressage, stadium & XC. Tie breaker will be collective marks on dressage tests.
Presentation
- Awards will be presented at the SNHDCTA banquet in November
