SNHDCTA Holds Two Riding Clinics

April was a full month for SNHDCTA members, with two riding clinics offering instruction in dressage. Dressage trainer and judge Keith Angstadt presided over a ride-review-ride clinic at GayLee Robinson Farm.

SNHDCTA Sponsored Junior Clinic on Equine Leg Care and Leg Wrapping

Junior members from SNHDCTA gathered at UNH on March 29th for an equine leg care and leg wrapping clinic. Jennifer Dunton’s one hour lecture and two hour hands-on clinic allowed several junior riders to learn from Mrs. Dunton’s years of experience teaching at UNH and at various facilities on the east coast. She holds degrees in equine management and equine science from UNH. Stephanie Grant, this year’s SNHDCTA junior representative, arranged for and organized this clinic as a hands-on experience for junior riders.
