SNHDCTA Holds Its Summer Dressage Show

After a drenching June and early July, SNHDCTA riders finally got their sparkling summer day. They gathered at Spinnaker Hill Farm in Epping, NH for the annual summer dressage show. The warm-up ring was especially busy as riders and trainers jockeyed for space to get their horses ready for their tests. Parents, siblings, dogs, and friends sat quietly along the sidelines as their favorite riders put their horses through the paces. It was a perfect place to enjoy the sun as well as the sights and sounds of a horse show.

The club would like to thank Spinnaker Hill Farm for its facilities, along with judge Willette Brown, who provided constructive comments to the riders; as well as Erin Cosgrove, Pam Valente, Lisa Smith, Stephanie Rosetti, Tiana Calderwood, Bonnie Flythe, Elaine Rose, Ruth Hooten, David Barka, and the students of the Atkinson Riding Academy for their volunteer efforts. The club would also like to thank show managers Lydia Neusch and Debi Barka, secretary Kat Villemaire, and volunteer coordinator Yvette Rose. In addition, four anonymous heroes reassembled the round pen at the end of the show day.
